We help athletes overcome their injuries and improve their athletic performance. Sports injury massages require active participation on the part of our clients as our therapists lead them through stretches and exercises.
A therapeutic massage manipulates the body’s soft tissue to stimulate circulation and promote relaxation. Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours, it’s an excellent massage for anyone who works at a desk all day or needs relief from the stresses of life.
