Massage Therapy

Find the personalized massage therapy you’ve been looking for!

Finding a good massage can be hard. So many chains offer a relaxing and restorative experience, but so few follow through on that promise. Sometimes you can even leave an appointment with more problems than you came in with!

Why does this happen? The answer is simple: Massage therapy has become too impersonal and commodified. Rather than catering to the unique needs of clients, most massages now come as pre-packaged processes and leave little room for therapists to improvise. It really shouldn’t be this way.

At Peak Performance, we let you dictate the massage!

Picture of a women getting a massage from a massage therapist. The difference between Peak Performance and the big massage franchises is we value your input. Before every massage, we take the time to listen to our clients. We want to hear about what’s been bothering you, how you’re feeling currently, and where you’d most like to improve. Then we take what you tell us and let it inspire the massage we give you.

No two massages you receive from us will be identical because our goal for each appointment is to best meet whatever needs you have on that day. Our goal is to adapt to you so that you receive the best service possible. It’s the right way to do massage, and it’s how we do it every time!

Deep tissue treatments are like therapeutic massage but focus more on releasing tension in deep muscle tissue. If your job requires heavy lifting, then you will appreciate how this treatment relieves chronic muscle pain.
